Funding awarded to offer free energy assessments in South and Vale

We’re delighted to announce that Energy Solutions Oxfordshire has been awarded funding to provide fully funded energy assessments to organisations in South and Vale (worth a minimum of £1,500 each).

The project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and received through the Vale of White Horse District Council and South Oxfordshire District Council.

If your organisation wants to find out how it could lower energy bills, cut carbon emissions and make buildings more comfortable for users, get in touch to apply for a fully funded energy assessment.

Our expert assessors will provide a detailed plan including recommendations for insulation, lighting, renewable technologies and electric vehicle charging.

We have a limited number of assessments available so register early to avoid disappointment.

Registration is now open. The deadline to register for an assessment is 13 December 2024.

Grant funding available

South and Vale District Councils also have grant funding available through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to help support businesses decarbonise and grow the local economy.

Organisations based in South Oxfordshire or Vale of White Horse can apply for a grant of up to £10,000.

The funding could be used for a range of measures including the installation of electric vehicle chargers, smart energy controls, renewable energy, heat pumps or improving insulation, and more. Find out more and apply on the council websites below.

The scheme closes for applications at 3pm on Monday 7 October 2024.

Help spread the word
